EXCHANGE POLICY

Our exchange policy is shown below. All our terms and conditions for  exchanges and store credit voucher are shown in the last section of this policy.

You can opt for an exchange or store credit voucher for all products.

Exchanges can be done in one of two ways:

Self Ship: You ship the product back yourself.

Pickup: We also offer a product pickup from your location at a nominal charge and subject to availability.

We offer one size exchange or one replacement per order, subject to your requested product being available.

You can cancel your order within 24 to 48 hrs of placing an order or until the order has not been shipped from our warehouse. You can modify your shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed), through email or customer care number.

In case of prepaid order, the amount shall be credited to your requested bank account within 7-10 days from the date of cancellation of order.

In the event that your requested replacement or exchange product is unavailable, you will be given a store credit voucher with a validity of 90 days from issue.

NO CANCELLATION AVAILABLE on discounted or sale products.

    Terms & Conditions :

    In order to successfully complete your exchange, the following terms and conditions apply:

    # All requests for an exchange have to be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

     # If you are sending the product yourself, it must be delivered to our office within 7 days and you must send it only if your request is approved.

    # If you have chosen the pickup option, the pickup will happen within 48 hours after your request has been approved. The pickup facility will only be provided if it is available at your location and is currently at a nominal charge of INR 200.

    # All exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, without any evidence of perfume use and must be returned with original tags and packaging in place. If we find that the exchanged items are in breach of this, they will be shipped back to you.

     # The quality control team will take the final call on returned items and their decision on this matter is final.

    # In case you have received a damaged or a defective product, please notify the customer care team via email or call within 24 hours with the snapshot of the product. The snapshot should show the product in full with tags and also clearly show the defect or damage. In the event that you are claiming a defect for minor color or shade variations in the product, your return request will be rejected.

    # If you want to exchange a product at a higher price and its price has changed to a lower price after your purchase, you will only be eligible for a product replacement.

    # Exchanges or replacements can be made only once per order.

    # Sale products or promotional products or products bought using discount vouchers are unavailable for a exchanges/store credit voucher.

    # Personal products such as inner-wear and accessories are not eligible for a replacement.

    # The entire process will take between 8-10 working days. In case of any unforeseen event or delay, it could get delayed as per the event.
