Terms & Conditions:

In order to successfully complete your return, the following terms and conditions apply.

• All requests for a return must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• An unboxing video is must to opt for returns.
• You can return your product and avail store credit voucher for all products.
• Returns can be done in one of two ways:
• Self-Ship:You ship the product back yourself.
• Pickup:We also offer a product pickup from your location at a nominal charge of Rs 200.
• If you are sending the product yourself, it must be delivered to our office within 7 days and you must send it only if your request is approved.
• Note: Please do not send your product through INDIA POST.
• If you have chosen the pickup option, the pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours after your request has been approved. The pickup facility will only be provided if it is available at your location and is currently at a nominal charges.
• All returned items must be unused, unwashed, without any evidence of perfume use and must be returned with original tags and packaging in place. If we find that the returned items are in breach of this, the return request will be cancelled.
• The store credit will be issued only after the product reaches our warehouse.
• The returned product amount will be converted into only Store credit.
• The store credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
• The store credit code can be used only once, so kindly keep it confidential.
• The Store credit will be sent through email as well WhatsApp (if the contact number is provided)
