SHIPPING POLICY:

At Rigmor, we understand that you are looking forward to receiving your order as soon as possible. To make this happen, we have partnered with the best courier services to ship your products as soon as possible. Our processing times are shown below:

Shipping & Delivery Times

Each and every address is verified to avoid delayed delivery and return of shipment.

Orders received after noon will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after noon IST on Friday or over the weekend will ship out on Monday.

Please make sure you mention your complete address and correct phone number or your order will be put on hold for verification.

• Normal Conditions: Our standard delivery times are:

Metro and big cities: 2-3 days

Smaller cities: 3-4 days

Towns and villages: 4-5 days

Eastern states: 6-7 days

 

• Extreme Conditions: In the event of any disruption to courier service due to any reason, we will ship once our courier services are up and running again. Disruptions could be an extreme weather event, natural calamities, strikes, riots, shutdowns or any such act. Delivery time could get extended.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive tracking notification via email and text message.

The order is shipped via a third-party courier companies to ensure fast and smooth service.

Domestic Shipping Charges

As of July 2020, we are offering free forward shipping on all orders within India. If there's any change in policy, we will be providing sufficient advance notice.

International Shipping Charges

International shipping is available at an additional charge that will be borne by you. You will be responsible for all custom import duty charges that are applicable to your country.
